17.01

Appeals against decisions of the First Chamber may be made to the Appeals Chamber, with the exception of the following decisions, which are final:

1. warnings;

2. reprimands:

3. fines of up to € 10,000;

4. decisions on exceptions to the three-year rule;

5. decisions in particularly urgent cases.
