All administrative, technical, medical and security staff or service providers performing any of the functions referred to in Article 35 to Article 42 must have written contracts with the licence applicant (or another entity within the legal group structure of the licence applicant) in accordance with the national legal framework.
The licence applicant must ensure that each coach’s contract is in line with the relevant provisions of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.
