Stadiums must have the following minimum UEFA spectator capacity, as defined in Paragraph 4.01:

At least 5% of the UEFA spectator capacity must be made available to visiting supporters in a dedicated sector of the stadium. It must be possible for this sector of the stadium to be segregated from other sectors and all related facilities and services (e.g. sanitary, catering, first-aid) must be available exclusively to visiting supporters, accessible and in operation for as long as visiting supporters have access to the stadium.
If an exception to the stadium category requirement is granted and this results in a UEFA spectator capacity that is lower than the minimum number usually required, at least 5% of the minimum UEFA spectator capacity for stadiums of the category usually required by the competition regulations must be made available to visiting supporters.
