At the conclusion of the league stage of the UEFA Women’s Nations League phase, the four League A group winners participate in the UEFA Women’s Nations League finals to determine the UEFA Women’s Nations League winner.

19.02

The finals are played according to the knockout system as two-legged ties, with each team playing each opponent twice, once at home and once away. The team that scores the greater aggregate of goals over the two legs wins the tie. Otherwise, the provisions of Article 28 apply.

19.03

No teams are seeded for the semi-final draw. For each semi-final pairing, the team drawn first plays the first leg of the tie at home.

19.04

The two winners of the semi-finals play against one another in the two-legged final and the defeated teams play for third place in a two-legged tie. A draw between the semi-final pairings will determine which teams play the first match of the final and the first match of the third-place tie at home.

19.05

The winner of the final across the two legs is declared the UEFA Women’s Nations League winner.
