The overall league rankings (see Paragraph 24.03) are adjusted based on the automatic promotions and relegations (see Paragraph 25.01) in order to establish the overall phase rankings that serve as the access list for the next edition of the competition. The order of the teams in the overall phase rankings is based on the overall league rankings.
