Stadiums must be announced by the host associations via the designated UEFA online system at least 60 days before the match in question.

30.02

When selecting a stadium, the host association must take into account the length of the journey to be undertaken by the visiting team. In principle, the stadium for a match must be within a 90-minute bus drive from an airport offering multiple scheduled flights every day from/to other European cities outside of the territory where the match is played.

30.03

Any objection by a visiting association regarding a selected stadium must be communicated to the UEFA administration, with the host association in copy, within three working days of the stadium being announced by the host association. The UEFA administration will then take a final decision, either confirming the stadium or requesting that the host association propose another one in accordance with these regulations.

30.04

The host association must fix and enter the kick-off time online at least 30 days before the match in question.

30.05

Unless not required for reasons of sporting fairness, as decided and communicated by the UEFA administration prior to the respective league stage draw, the last matches of all groups in each league must kick off simultaneously on MD6 of the league stage.

30.06

If reasons of sporting fairness do not require the last matches of all groups within each league to kick off simultaneously on MD6 of the league stage, the last matches within each group must kick off simultaneously. If the teams concerned cannot agree on a simultaneous kick-off time, the UEFA administration will take a final decision.
