Associations involved in the preliminary round or their respective clubs wishing to host the preliminary round tournament must notify the UEFA administration in writing.
The host selection principles and UEFA’s decision will be communicated in writing to all clubs participating in the preliminary round and to their respective associations.
The venue and kick-off times for preliminary round matches are proposed by the host and must be approved by the UEFA administration, which reserves the right to change the proposed kick-off times in consultation with the participating teams.
