G.4.1

Clubs may exploit live rights in an EU/EEA country only in the event that such rights have not been acquired by a UEFA media partner in that particular country. UEFA will notify the clubs in due time of any EU/EEA country in which it has failed to sell the relevant live rights.

G.4.2

Any exploitation of any such live rights by clubs on official club platforms and/or via club media partners shall be in strict accordance with the following conditions:

  1. there shall be no direct and/or indirect third-party association with the competition. In particular, clubs must therefore ensure that official club platforms do not contain any form of sponsorship that permits (whether directly and/or indirectly) a product, service, person or brand to be associated with the competition;

  2. there shall be no overspill, broadcast or transmission outside the territory(ies) in which the clubs are entitled to sell (and then broadcast and/or transmit) live rights in accordance with these regulations; and

  3. the programme shall be available on a subscription basis (pay and/or pay-per-view) only.
