Clubs are not entitled to exploit any form of media rights before the end of the relevant embargo periods and the time restrictions detailed in the relevant sections below depending on further criteria such as whether it is the club’s own exploitation, the applicable club-branded content service and/or the basis of exploitation (i.e. on a (i) free or (ii) subscription basis (pay and/or pay-per-view)).
Following the end of such embargo periods, clubs may exploit certain delayed rights on a worldwide, non-exclusive basis under the conditions set out in this section.
