For all matches of the qualifying phase and the play-offs, balls must comply with the IFAB Laws of the Game as well as with the UEFA Equipment Regulations. The home team must provide the visiting team with match balls of excellent quality for its training session on the day before the match as well as for warming up before the match. These match balls must be the same as those used for the match.
The applicable official UEFA Conference League match ball determined by the UEFA administration must be used for all matches from the league phase onwards and for the official training sessions before these matches.
For all matches, a multi-ball system must be used. As of the league phase, the system implemented must be in accordance with the protocol and guidelines issued by the UEFA administration.
The use of two-sided substitution boards (preferably electronic) is compulsory.
For each match in the qualifying phase and play-offs, the home club must ensure that two substitution boards are available.
