The UEFA Equipment Regulations apply to all matches in the competition, unless specified otherwise in these regulations.
Participating associations must use playing attire that has been sent to and approved by the UEFA administration. Samples of any new playing attire to be used must be sent to the UEFA administration for approval at least four weeks before its intended use.
For the final tournament, attire and special equipment used by the participating associations must be sent to the UEFA administration, which will confirm the exact approval procedure at the workshop organised in conjunction with the final tournament draw. On the basis of this procedure, the UEFA administration will issue a written decision approving or rejecting the various items.
All equipment items worn or used during the final tournament must be free of any sponsor advertising. This provision applies:
-
to any event held at a stadium, from arrival at the stadium until departure from the stadium;
-
to any training session designated as official by the UEFA administration; and
-
at any official UEFA press conference.
