Access devices for final tournament matches and official media activities are managed and distributed by UEFA.

73.02

The accreditation of media representatives is the responsibility of UEFA, which may consult the associations regarding accreditation requests from media representatives of their countries as part of the validation and arbitration process. Final decisions on the acceptance or refusal of accreditation requests are the sole responsibility of UEFA, at its full discretion. UEFA may withdraw an accreditation at any time.

73.03

Each participating association must set up a media centre at or close to its team base camp in accordance with UEFA’s specifications. Media representatives with final tournament accreditations issued by UEFA must be granted access to this media centre. Associations may also issue their own media centre access passes to bona fide media representatives without UEFA accreditations.

73.04

For the final tournament, the following restrictions apply:

  1. No media representatives are allowed on the field of play before, during or after the match, with the exception of UEFA-approved broadcast operations.

  2. Unauthorised media representatives are not allowed on the field of play or in the area between the boundaries of the field and the spectators. Only media representatives who have been granted permission by UEFA are allowed in such areas to carry out their work in the specific locations assigned to them.

  3. No media representatives are allowed in the players’ tunnel or the dressing room area, with the exception of UEFA-approved broadcast operations.

  4. No media representatives are allowed in the dressing rooms before, during or after the match, with the exception of UEFA-approved broadcast operations including stand-up presentations conducted in a team’s dressing room before the arrival of the team in question. All such filming is supervised by UEFA.
