By means of a draw, the UEFA administration allocates the 16 teams that qualify for the final tournament into four groups of four teams each.
The UEFA senior men's futsal national team coefficient rankings are used to seed the teams for the final draw. For match scheduling purposes, the four groups are formed as follows, with the host association assigned position A1:
