Host associations must make at least 5% of the total hall capacity available for each visiting team for their supporters. In addition to these purchase tickets, an adequate number of complimentary tickets, to be fixed by mutual agreement, must be set aside for the visiting team(s).
The official UEFA representatives and at least three representatives of the participating teams must be provided with complimentary top-category seats (and associated hospitality) in the VIP sector.
