Coefficients are rounded to one single decimal for readability purposes only.
To be included in the rankings, a team must have played at least two matches that count towards the rankings. Its starting coefficient (Ct_1) is the coefficient of the team at the bottom of the rankings at the time of the team’s inclusion.
A team that does not play any matches that count towards the rankings for 36 months is removed from the rankings.
