Match venues must be announced by the host association via the designated UEFA online system at least 60 days before the match in question unless otherwise communicated by the UEFA administration.

22.02

When fixing a venue, the host association must take into account the length of the journey to be undertaken by the visiting team(s). In principle, venues must be no more than a two-hour bus drive from the nearest international airport in mini-tournaments and no more than 90-minutes for single matches. Match halls must be located no more than a one-hour bus drive from the hotel(s), unless agreed otherwise by the visiting association(s).

22.03

Any objection by a visiting association regarding a selected venue must be communicated to the UEFA administration, with the host association in copy, within three working days of the venue being announced by the host association. The UEFA administration will then take a final decision, either confirming the venue or requesting that the host association propose another one in accordance with these regulations.

22.04

Kick-off times must be fixed and entered online by the host association at least 30 days before the start of a mini-tournament or match.

22.05

For reasons of sporting fairness, the last two matches in a group in the elite round must take place on the same day. The UEFA administration may order that these matches be played at the same time.

22.06

Unless the UEFA administration grants special approval, associations are not allowed to fix kick-off times before 11.00 or after 22.00 (local time).

22.07

In halls without any proper warm-up area, and in the case of two consecutive matches, the host must leave at least two hours and 15 minutes between each kick-off.
