16.01

16 teams take part in the final tournament.

16.02

A draw is conducted to allocate the 16 teams into four groups of four. The host association being A1 and the seven best group winners in the elite round seeded (see Annex A.6), the UEFA administration establishes the draw procedure and communicates it to the 16 qualified teams prior to the final draw. The four groups are formed as follows:

Each team plays each of the other teams in the group once, with three points awarded for a win, one for a draw and none for a defeat. The final tournament group matches are played according to the schedule below. The first-named team is considered as the home team.

The group winners and runners-up play the quarter-finals in single-leg knockout matches, as follows:
