A.5 Elite round draw rankings - Under-19

The elite round participants are ranked for the elite round draw on the basis of their results in the qualifying round, excluding matches against the fourth-placed teams. The following criteria are applied in the order given:

1. higher position in the group;

2. higher number of points;

3. superior goal difference;

4. higher number of goals scored;

5. lower disciplinary points total based only on yellow and red cards received by players and team officials in the qualifying round (red card = 3 points, yellow card = 1 point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match = 3 points);

6. higher position in the qualifying round coefficient rankings.
