Article 15 Qualifying round rankings - Under-19

15.01

On completion of the qualifying round, an overall ranking is established according to the criteria listed in Paragraph 15.02. The results of matches against the fourth-placed team are not taken into account for the purposes of comparing the teams placed first, second and third in their respective group.

15.02

To establish the overall rankings, the following criteria are applied in the order given:

1. higher position in the group;

2. higher number of points;

3. superior goal difference;

4. higher number of goals scored;

5. lower disciplinary points total based only on yellow and red cards received by players and team officials (red card = 3 points, yellow card = 1 point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match = 3 points);

6. higher position in the coefficient rankings (see Annex A).
