B.4 Accommodation requirements - Futsal Under-19

All tournament participants must be accommodated in high standard four-star hotels. If possible, each team should be accommodated on a different floor or wing. The host must:

1. ensure that the teams can prepare for their matches in a comfortable, quiet and undisturbed environment;

2. at the organisational meeting, provide the delegations with clear information on safety regulations and procedure applicable in case of an emergency, rules regarding telephones, pay-TV, internet, mini-bars and other extras, as well as the code of conduct in the hotel;

3. prepare a room occupancy plan and distribute it to the UEFA representatives only;

4. ensure that all rooms:

   • have bathroom and toilet facilities which meet standard hygiene requirements;

   • have adequate wardrobe space;

   • are equipped with heating and/or air-conditioning;

   • are cleaned daily.
