Unless all teams in a group agree to play on earlier dates, matches in the qualifying competition must be played during the following periods:

Preliminary round: 2-7 November 2021

Main round: 15-20 March 2022
Even if the associations agree to stage matches on dates other than the reserved dates, all mini-tournaments must be completed by the end of the period reserved for that stage of the competition.
The dates of all matches must be entered by the hosts in the designated UEFA online system by the deadlines set by the UEFA administration and communicated to the associations in due course through a circular letter.
For the purposes of the match schedule, the host is considered as Team 1 and the visiting teams are designated as Team 2, Team 3 and, in the case of four-team groups, Team 4, according to their coefficient ranking.
Four-team mini-tournaments must be organised according to the following schedule:
