B.3 Local organising structure - Futsal Under-19

The host is responsible for setting up a local organising structure (LOS) composed of at least:

1. 1 tournament director (who should not have a leading role with his own team);

2. 1 accommodation manager;

3. 1 transport manager;

4. 1 sports facilities and match organisation manager;

5. 1 PR, promotion and ticketing manager;

6. 1 TV/media, sponsors, concessions and VIP hospitality manager;

7. 1 referee liaison officer (RLO);

8. 1 team liaison officer for each visiting team;

9. 1 medical officer;

10. 1 press officer.

The host must ensure that the members of the LOS are duly authorised to fulfil their various tasks.
