The host is responsible for setting up a local organising structure (LOS) composed of at least:

1 tournament director (who should not have a leading role with his own team);

1 accommodation manager;

1 transport manager;

1 sports facilities and match organisation manager;

1 PR, promotion and ticketing manager;

1 TV/media, sponsors, concessions and VIP hospitality manager;

1 referee liaison officer (RLO);
-
1 team liaison officer for each visiting team;
-
1 medical officer;
-
1 press officer.
The host must ensure that the members of the LOS are duly authorised to fulfil their various tasks.
