The UEFA Equipment Regulations apply to all matches in the competition, unless specified otherwise in these regulations.
For the qualifying competition, participating associations must use playing attire that has been approved by the UEFA administration beforehand. Samples of any new playing attire to be used must be sent to the UEFA administration for approval at least two weeks before its intended use.
For the final tournament, playing attire, non-playing attire and special equipment used by the players, goalkeepers and flying goalkeepers must be sent to the UEFA administration three months before the start of the final tournament. The UEFA administration will then issue a written decision approving or rejecting the various items.
