In the qualifying competition, host associations must make at least 5% of the total hall capacity available for supporters of each visiting team in a segregated, safe area and must ensure that all related services and facilities (e.g. welfare facilities, food and beverage concessions) are provided. In addition to these purchase tickets, an adequate number of complimentary tickets, to be fixed by mutual agreement, must be set aside for the visiting associations.
