At the conclusion of the league stage of the UEFA Nations League phase, the four League A group winners participate in the finals to determine the UEFA Nations League winner.

19.02

The finals are played in single-leg knockout matches.

19.03

No teams are seeded for the semi-final draw. For each semi-final pairing, the team drawn first plays the tie at home.

19.04

The winners of the two semi-finals play the final and the defeated teams play the third-place match. A draw between the semi-final pairings will determine the home teams of the final and the third-place match.

19.05

The winner of the final is declared the UEFA Nations League winner.

19.06

The two finalists qualify for the 2024 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament, joining the team of the Olympic Games host association, France, which qualifies automatically. If France is amongst the finalists, the third-placed team fills the remaining slot in the Olympic Games. If an association that has not been confirmed by FIFA as eligible to participate in the Women's Olympic Football Tournament qualifies, the next best-placed team that has not qualified takes its place.
