To compare the rankings between the groups of a qualifying competition round and to determine the best runner(s)-up, only the matches against the teams in first and third place in each group are taken into account if the round comprises groups of three and four teams. If the round consists exclusively of groups of four teams, matches against all other teams are taken into account. In both cases, the following criteria are applied in the order given:

higher number of points;

superior goal difference;

higher number of goals scored;

lower disciplinary points total based only on yellow and red cards received by players and team officials (red card = 3 points, yellow card = 1 point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match = 3 points);

higher position in the UEFA senior women’s futsal national team coefficient rankings (see Annex A).
