For the qualifying competition, host associations must announce stadiums in the UEFA online system at least 60 days before the start of a mini-tournament, for approval by the UEFA administration.
Before announcing stadiums, the host association must take into account the length of the journey to be undertaken by the visiting teams. The stadiums must be no more than a 60-minute bus drive from all tournament hotels. In exceptional circumstances, this time limit can be extended to a maximum of 90 minutes. In principle, all tournament hotels must be within a three-hour bus drive from the nearest international airport with daily flights from/to other European cities. Accommodation must be fixed by the host association and entered in the designated UEFA online system at least 60 days before the start of the mini-tournament.
The host association must fix and enter the kick-off times online at least 30 days before the start of a mini-tournament, for approval by the UEFA administration.
For reasons of sporting fairness, matches played on the last matchday of each mini-tournament and the last two matches of each final tournament group must kick off at the same time. Exceptions to this rule can be made by the UEFA administration.
Unless the UEFA administration grants special approval, host associations are not allowed to fix kick-off times before 11:00 or after 21:00 (local time).
