In consultation with police and/or other public authorities, the match organiser must carry out an adequate match assessment in order to ensure that, if deemed necessary, ticket sales and/or allocation are strictly controlled and safety, security and service measures (included optimum segregation of the different groups of supporters) are considered and implemented according to the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations.
