Following the draws, the teams in each group have to agree on match dates. Associations which are not represented at the meetings after the draws automatically accept the decisions taken by the other associations in their group.

24.02

Unless all the teams in a group agree to play on other dates, qualifying competition matches must be played within the following windows listed in the FIFA Women's International Match Calendar:

  1. Round 1:

    • 8 to 16 July 2024 (matchdays: 9, 12 and 15 July or 10, 13 and 16 July); or

    • 21 to 29 October 2024 (matchdays: 22, 25 and 28 October or 23, 26 and 29 October); or

    • 25 November to 3 December 2024 (matchdays: 26, 29 November and 2 December or 27, 30 November and 3 December).

A team that qualifies for the final tournament of the 2023/24 season may unilaterally refuse to play during the July window, in which case the round 1 mini-tournament must take place during another window.

  2. Round 2:

    • 17 to 26 February 2025 (matchdays: 18, 21 and 24 February or 19, 22 and 25 February or 20, 23 and 26 February); or

    • 31 March to 8 April 2025 (matchdays: 1, 4 and 7 April or 2, 5 and 8 April).

24.03

If the teams of a group cannot all agree on the match dates, the host association decides in accordance with Paragraph 24.02.

24.04

If all teams agree to play on other dates, round 1 must be completed by 3 December 2024 and round 2 must be completed by 8 April 2025.
