On completion of round 2, the seven League A group winners qualify for the final tournament. If the team of the final tournament host association is a group winner, the vacancy created in the final tournament is filled by the best runner-up in League A, i.e. the team ranked 8th in the overall round 2 rankings (see Paragraph 22.03).
