The UEFA Equipment Regulations apply to all matches in the competition, unless specified otherwise in these regulations.
Exceptionally, the domestic equipment regulations of the relevant associations apply for all matches in the qualifying stage, provided that the sponsor advertising on the playing attire complies with Article 27 of the UEFA Equipment Regulations and the playing attire has been approved for and worn in domestic competition matches.
Participating clubs must use playing attire that has been sent to and approved by the UEFA administration beforehand. They must submit the corresponding player attire approval form to the UEFA administration by the deadlines communicated in due course through a circular letter.
For the finals, playing attire, non-playing attire and special equipment used on the field of play by the players, goalkeepers and flying goalkeepers must be sent to the UEFA administration by the deadline set by the latter. The UEFA administration will then issue a written decision approving or rejecting the various items.
