The venues and kick-off times of matches in the qualifying stage are fixed by the hosts and must be announced (in Central European Time) to the visiting clubs and must be entered in the designated UEFA online system by the deadlines set by the UEFA administration.
The finals can be organised by one of the semi-finalists (or its association) or by a neutral host. Clubs or associations interested in hosting these finals must notify the UEFA administration by means of a special form by a set deadline. In any case, the UEFA Executive Committee takes a final decision.
Matches may be played either in the hall of the host or another hall in the same or another city within the territory of its association, or, if so decided by the UEFA administration and/or the UEFA disciplinary bodies, in the territory of another UEFA member association for reasons of safety or as a result of a disciplinary measure. If the match is being played in another hall, city or country, the venue is subject to the approval of the UEFA administration.
The host must ensure that all hotels used for matches are easily accessible and that the travelling conditions are favourable for the visiting teams. Hotels must be situated no more than a two-hour bus drive from the nearest international airport and, unless the visiting teams agree otherwise, no match venue may be located more than a one-hour bus drive from all hotels.
Unless the UEFA administration grants special approval, clubs are not allowed to fix kick-off times before 11.00 or after 22.00 (local time).
In halls without any proper warm-up area, and in the case of two consecutive matches, the host must leave at least 2 hours 15 minutes between each kick-off.
