In the qualifying and knockout phases, hosts must make at least 5% of the total hall capacity available for supporters of each visiting team in a segregated, safe area and must ensure that all related services and facilities (e.g. welfare facilities, food and beverage concessions) are provided. In addition to these retail tickets, at least 10 complimentary tickets must be made available to each visiting team. The exact number shall be fixed by mutual agreement.
