The four League A group winners participate in the finals to determine the UEFA Nations League winner.
The finals are played in single-leg knockout matches, at a venue appointed by the UEFA Executive Committee.
No teams are seeded for the semi-final draw. For scheduling purposes, if a host association team is participating, it is allocated to semi-final 1, as the home team.
The winners of the two semi-finals play the final and the defeated teams play the third-place match. The winner of semi-final 1 is considered the home team of the final, and the defeated team of semi-final 1 is considered the home team of the third-place match.
The winner of the final is declared the UEFA Nations League winner.
