Host associations must make at least 5% of the UEFA spectator capacity available to visiting supporters in line with the UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations and the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations.
Visiting associations are entitled to purchase up to 200 top-category tickets (unless otherwise agreed between the two associations in question).
For all matches in the league phase, the quarter-finals and the play-offs, an adequate number of complimentary and retail tickets, to be fixed by mutual agreement, must be set aside for the visiting association.
Visiting associations must, where relevant, sell their tickets by zone in order to facilitate the reallocation of unsold tickets. Visiting associations which have requested an allocation of tickets for the whole or part of the dedicated area that has been made available to them may return any unused tickets to the host association without payment up to seven days prior to the match, unless otherwise agreed by the two associations in writing. After this deadline the visiting association must pay for the whole allocation, irrespective of whether all the tickets have been sold.
The host association may reallocate tickets returned or not requested by the visiting association provided that all safety and security measures (as mentioned in the UEFA Safety and Security Regulations) are respected and that such tickets are not reallocated to supporters of the visiting association.
