Each team must make their training session on the day before the match open to the media for at least 15 minutes, in accordance with the schedule agreed in advance with UEFA. These official training sessions must be arranged by the two teams and UEFA together, so that the media can attend both. In principle, these official training sessions take place at the match stadium, unless otherwise agreed in advance with UEFA. Each team may decide whether the entire training session or only the first 15 minutes are open to the media. If a team decides to open its training session for the minimum 15 minutes only and if its own official association platform crew wishes to attend the entire session, then cameras from both (i) the host broadcaster and (ii) the audiovisual rights-holders from its own country and the country of the opposing team must be given the same opportunity. Teams are allowed to film the closed part of their training session for technical analysis purposes with no obligation to provide access to broadcasters. Such footage may not be published by the association or distributed to representatives of the media. If a team allows its own photographer to attend the entire training session (of which only 15 minutes are open to the media), the association must provide UEFA, upon request, with photos which UEFA will then make available to the international media. Training sessions that start earlier than scheduled must nevertheless be open for the advertised period of 15 minutes. If a team does not intend to hold a training session on the day before the match, the training session on the previous day (two days before the match) must be open to the media and will be considered as the official pre-match training session. UEFA must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
Each team must hold a pre-match press conference at the match stadium the day before each match. Each pre-match press conference must be attended by the head coach and at least one player who is eligible to play in the upcoming match. As an alternative option to be agreed beforehand with UEFA and subject to the stadium configuration, a mixed zone may be set up and the player instead be made available there, for at least 15 minutes. Pre-match press conferences are coordinated by UEFA and the participating teams to avoid schedule clashes and to meet media deadlines. Unless agreed otherwise with UEFA, the official time slots defined by UEFA must be respected. If no agreement can be reached, UEFA’s decision is final. UEFA-provided backdrops must be used at all official UEFA press conferences.
Each team must make its head coach and at least one player who is eligible to play in the upcoming match available the day before the match for interviews with the host broadcaster and any audio and/or audiovisual rights-holders from its own country and the country of the opposing team, according to the below minimum numbers of interviews per match:

Semi-finals and third-place match: at least 12 interviews per team

Final: at least 14 interviews per team
If the minimum number of interviews is not reached after servicing the above-mentioned audio and/or audiovisual rights-holders, then this opportunity passes to other audiovisual rights-holders as determined by UEFA. Audio rights-holder interviews may be given in a group format, as determined by UEFA, and count as a single interview for the purpose of the minimum number of interviews above.
