The host must cover the costs for the following meeting rooms equipped with a flip chart, a beamer and a screen, or a large TV:

Each team should be provided with a meeting room for a minimum of 24 people, to be at its disposal for the entire duration of the tournament. If this is not possible, two teams can be asked to share one meeting room. A meeting schedule should be established with the teams before the organisational meeting.

One meeting room must be booked for the referees (at the referees' hotel).
