It is up to the LOS to decide whether a tournament office is needed or not. If it is, it should be set up in the hotel accommodating the largest number of teams. A desk at the hotel’s reception can also be used for this purpose. If the LOS does not have a tournament office, it must make sure that its staff is in regular contact with the TLOs and hotels to ensure the smooth running of all hotel matters.
