5.01

The clubs are responsible for the behaviour of their players, officials, members, supporters and any person carrying out a function at the competition on their behalf.

5.02

One of UEFA's member associations or their clubs, designated by the UEFA Executive Committee, is responsible for staging the competition in accordance with UEFA's instructions.

5.03

The LOS is responsible for safety and security before, during and after the competition. The LOS may be called to account for incidents of any kind and may be disciplined.

5.04

The LOS holds UEFA harmless from any and all claims for liability accruing in relation to the staging and organising of the match.

5.05

In the weeks prior to the competition, clubs must enter the required information into UEFA’s TIME platform.

5.06

UEFA declines all responsibility in the event of conflicts arising from contracts between a club or any of its players, officials, employees, representatives or agents and any third party (including their sponsors, suppliers, manufacturers, broadcasters, agents and players) on account of the provisions of these regulations and/or any other UEFA regulations and such persons’ obligations thereunder.
