Points awarded in the qualifying rounds:

• 1 point for each club eliminated in the first qualifying round;

• 2 points for each club eliminated in the second qualifying round.

Points awarded from the round of 32 onwards:

• 2 points for a win;

• 1 point for a draw;

• 0 points for a defeat.
