The kick-off times from the league phase onwards are established by the UEFA administration.
The league phase matches, knockout phase play-offs and quarter-finals kick off at 18:45 CET and 21:00 CET. Exceptions to this rule can be made by the UEFA administration.
The fixtures on the last matchday of the league phase are played simultaneously on Wednesday at 21:00 CET. Exceptions to this rule can be made by the UEFA administration.
The stadiums for matches in the qualifying phase, league phase and knockout phase play-offs are determined by the host clubs and must be entered in the UEFA online system by their respective associations by the deadline set by the UEFA administration before the start of the competition. The kick-off times for matches in the qualifying phase must be announced using the dedicated online tool by the deadline set by the UEFA administration.
Each club must propose one stadium and a back-up stadium that meet the stadium criteria for its home matches as from the league phase (up to and including the knockout phase play-offs). A stadium may be the ground of the host club or another ground in the same or another city within the territory of its association. Exceptionally, the UEFA administration may accept a stadium in the territory of another UEFA member association if no other suitable stadium is available in the home territory. In principle, stadiums are approved only if direct international flights and/or charter flights are able to land within an acceptable distance of the host city, in the country of the club concerned. All stadiums are subject to the approval of the UEFA administration.
For the first and second qualifying round mini-tournaments, unless the visiting teams agree otherwise, no stadium may be located more than a one-hour bus drive from all hotels. The host club must ensure that all hotels used are easily accessible and that the travel conditions are favourable for the visiting teams. Hotels must be situated within an acceptable distance of the nearest international airport.
In principle, a maximum of two stadiums must be used as of the league phase in accordance with Paragraph 34.01. The stadiums must be confirmed to the UEFA administration by the associations of the clubs concerned by the set deadline.
The date and stadium of the final are chosen by the Executive Committee.
