For every UEFA Women's Champions League match, the host club must provide UC3/UEFA, free of charge, with a single exclusive hospitality area for use by UC3/UEFA and its partners, which should be located within the club's VIP area. In the knockout phase, UC3/UEFA may request the host club to provide, free of charge, a separate exclusive area outside of the club’s hospitality area for use by UC3/UEFA and its partners if space permits, or a comparable area elsewhere if not. If UC3/UEFA decides to use the exclusive hospitality area provided, the host club must ensure that no third-party commercial branding is visible. The relevant requirements shall be determined by UC3/UEFA as part of the site visits undertaken at each stadium. If the host club offers a specific service to its guests (e.g. a sit-down meal), guests of UC3/UEFA and its partners must be offered the same service at no additional charge, including in UEFA's exclusive hospitality area. If the host club's VIP area closes after the game, but other hospitality areas remain open, guests of UC3/UEFA and its partners should be able to access those areas. The host club must ensure that such areas enable UC3/UEFA to host the relevant number of complimentary ticket holders set out in Paragraph 47.03, in compliance with all applicable local health and safety laws and regulations.
The standard of these facilities must be at least comparable to the highest standard of facilities available in the stadium. If the host club is not able to offer such facilities within the stadium, it must find an alternative solution at its own expense outside the stadium. This alternative solution must be of a standard comparable to that of the highest standard internal facility. UC3/UEFA will notify the clubs of the relevant size requirements of such hospitality facilities.
The clubs must make every effort to give UC3/UEFA and its partners the opportunity to acquire, on reasonable commercial terms and subject to availability, one skybox (or similar facility) for the quarter-finals and two skyboxes (or similar facilities) for the semi-finals.
In principle, 10 parking spaces for the league phase, 15 parking spaces for the knockout phase play-offs, quarter-final, and semi-final matches must be provided, free of charge, to UC3/UEFA for use by partners. The number and category of parking spaces is decided upon by UC3/UEFA and the host club. These parking spaces should be in a prime position, wherever possible with easy access to the hospitality area of UC3/UEFA and partners.
