Delayed rights may be exploited by the clubs on official club platforms from 24:00 CET (unless otherwise identified below) after the conclusion of the relevant match subject to the following conditions:

any clips and programmes may only be made available on a subscription basis (pay and/or pay-per-view), with the exception of (i) a single (i.e. only one at any moment in time) clip of no more than three minutes which may be transmitted on a free basis only provided that it promotes the relevant broadcast partner(s) of the competition in accordance with UC3/UEFA guidelines and regulations (e.g. with a link to UC3’s “where to watch” page) subject to UC3 providing the clubs with the relevant promotional materials and instructions and (ii) clips on an unsponsored and/or sponsored basis (but in case of the clips being sponsored only by the relevant UC3 sponsor) equivalent to the sole and exclusive footage promotions which are made available by UC3 sponsors and UC3/UEFA (e.g., the “Goal of the Week”);

for the avoidance of doubt, as referenced in Annex G.5.1.1, after 24:00 CET of the day following the last matchday of the relevant matchweek (e.g. Thursday 24:00 CET for any match played in a matchweek during which matches are played on Tuesday and Wednesday; Friday 24:00 CET for any match played in a matchweek during which matches are played on Wednesday and Thursday; or Sunday 24:00 CET for a final played on a Saturday), clips and programmes may be made available on a free and/or subscription basis (pay and/or pay-per-view);

clips and programmes may be fully dedicated (i.e. 100%) to the UEFA Women's Champions League; and
-
subject to Annex G.5.2.1.a. (ii), clips and programmes may be sponsored by a third party but not in a way that creates a direct or indirect association with the competition. In particular, clubs must therefore ensure that official club platforms do not contain any form of sponsorship that permits (whether directly and/or indirectly) a product, service, person or brand to be associated with the competition. However, clips and programmes containing more than 50% of UEFA content (comprising UEFA Women's Champions League content and any other UEFA-related content, including other UEFA competitions) may only be sponsored by UC3 sponsors. The list of UC3 sponsors and the conditions and procedures applicable to the sponsorship will be communicated by UC3 to the club at the club’s written request.
In general, the embargos and restrictions given above in Annex G.5.1 and Annex G.5.2.1 shall apply to all audiovisual and/or visual coverage of the competition, whether taken from the raw feed or created by the clubs directly (including pre- and post-match activities). However, the following exceptions shall apply:

content created by clubs which stems from within the stadium perimeter, or taken from the raw feed, during the period from 45 minutes prior to kick-off until 5 minutes prior to kick-off (e.g. from allocated pitch-view studios or pitch presentation positions) may be exploited on a live and/or delayed basis providing the broadcast of the live match is promoted in accordance with UC3/UEFA guidelines and regulations (e.g. with a link to UC3’s “where to watch” page) subject to UC3 assisting the relevant club to comply with its promotional obligations:

on club digital services up until 5 minutes before kick-off and/or from 5 minutes after the end of the match (5 minutes after the trophy lift with regards to the final), subject to a maximum duration of 3 minutes in total per match; and

from 24:00 CET of the day following the last matchday of the relevant matchweek (e.g. Thursday 24:00 CET for any match played in a matchweek during which matches are played on Tuesday and Wednesday; Friday 24:00 CET for any match played in a matchweek during which matches are played on Wednesday and Thursday; or Sunday 24:00 CET for a final played on a Saturday) on official club platforms, without any maximum duration;

content created by clubs which stems from within the stadium perimeter, or taken from the raw feed, during the 5 minutes prior to kick-off may be exploited on a live and/or near live basis providing the broadcast of the live match is promoted in accordance with UC3/UEFA guidelines and regulations (e.g. with a link to UC3’s “where to watch” page) subject to UC3 assisting the relevant club to comply with its promotional obligations on club digital services subject to a maximum aggregate duration of 30 seconds per match across any and all such club digital services and any and all club third-party digital services (as permitted pursuant to Annex G.5.3.2.b below;

content created by clubs which stems from within the stadium perimeter, or taken from the raw feed in respect of match action may be exploited during the playing time of the relevant match, providing the broadcast of the live match is promoted in accordance with UC3/UEFA guidelines and regulations (e.g. with a link to UC3’s “where to watch” page) subject to UC3 assisting the relevant club to comply with its promotional obligations on club digital services, subject to a maximum of 4 clips per match of a maximum of 20 seconds per clip featuring match action other than the scoring of goals;

content created by clubs which stems from within the stadium perimeter in areas where UC3 media partners have no access (such footage being limited to non-match action) may be exploited on a delayed basis on club digital services from 5 minutes after the end of the match (5 minutes after the trophy lift with regards to the final) subject to clubs having shared such content with UC3/UEFA as per Annex G.3.2 for UC3 media partners’ prior exploitation and subject to a maximum duration of 60 seconds in total in relation to each match.
