UEFA member associations (hereinafter associations) may enter clubs for the competition through their top domestic championships, in accordance with the association coefficient rankings drawn up in line with Annex D. These rankings determine the associations' positions in the access list (Annex A), which in turn determines whether an association may enter a club in the competition. Only one single team per club may be entered.

3.02

Associations are represented on the following basis (see Annex A):

  1. the clubs from the associations ranked 18 to 24 in the access list (Annex A) that finish the top domestic women's championship as runners-up;

  2. the clubs from the associations ranked 8 to 13 in the access list (Annex A) that finish the top domestic women's championship in third place.

3.03

Certain clubs eliminated in the qualifying phase of the UEFA Women's Champions League are admitted to the UEFA Women's Europa Cup as follows:

3.04

The UEFA Women’s Europa Cup titleholder is admitted to the champions path of the UEFA Women’s Champions League in the third qualifying round. If the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup titleholder or the UEFA Women's Champions League titleholder qualifies for the UEFA Women's Europa Cup through its domestic championship, the place to which its association is entitled in the UEFA Women's Europa Cup is nullified and the qualifying rounds are rebalanced as follows:

  1. The club (or clubs, if both titleholders qualify) with the highest individual coefficient(s) of all the clubs in the first qualifying round is(are) upgraded to the second qualifying round.

  2. The number of clubs qualifying from the first qualifying round to the second qualifying round is reduced by one(by two if both titleholders qualify).

3.05

In the event of any other vacancies in the UEFA Women's Europa Cup, priority is given to the best-ranked club(s) of the association(s) ranked highest in the access list. The qualifying rounds are rebalanced by upgrading the club(s) to the second qualifying round and reducing by the same number the club(s) that qualify from the first qualifying round to the second qualifying round, always ensuring that 32 clubs ultimately participate in the second qualifying round.

3.06

UEFA issues a circular at the beginning of the season confirming the final adapted and rebalanced access list on the basis of the final results in the UEFA women's club competitions and the domestic championships and addressing any scenario not covered by these regulations in accordance with the above rules and principles.
