Only a limited number of photographers, camera operators and production staff of the audiovisual rights-holders – all equipped with the appropriate pitch-access accreditation – are allowed to work in the area between the boundaries of the field of play and the spectators (see Annex F).
No media representatives may enter the tunnel, with the exception of camera crews conducting activities approved by both teams.
No media representatives may enter the team dressing rooms, with the following exceptions:

Subject to the teams’ prior agreement, one camera crew of the host broadcaster may enter the team dressing rooms prior to the arrival of the teams to film the players’ shirts and equipment. Any additional dressing room access for media (e.g. for post-match celebrations) must be agreed between the relevant team and any relevant audiovisual rights-holder(s).
-
Subject to the prior agreement of the club(s) in question, one camera crew of the host broadcaster may also access the team dressing room(s) at an arranged time:
-
to film a brief presentation of the dressing room(s); and/or
-
to film the players inside the dressing room(s).
-
A position in the main stand should be foreseen for a camera crew from each team to conduct technical filming, from a central position or a position agreed by the teams and the local press officer.
Accredited non-rights-holders should be granted access to the press conferences and training sessions on the day before each match, as well as the post-match press conferences and mixed zone. Non-rights-holders are not permitted to film in any other area within the stadium perimeter.
