A draw between the same number of seeded and unseeded clubs determines the ties for the round of 16. Clubs are seeded for this draw in accordance with the club coefficient rankings established at the beginning of the season (see Annex D) and with the principles set by the UEFA Women’s Football Committee. If, for any reason, any of the participants are not known at the time of the draw, the coefficient of the club with the higher coefficient of the two clubs involved in an undecided tie is used for the purposes of the draw. The draw is conducted in accordance with the following principles:

The eight seeded clubs are paired to form four pairs (clubs ranked 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, and 7 and 8). The eight unseeded clubs (ranked 9 to 16) are placed in one pot.

The clubs in each seeded pair are drawn into one of the two positions in each round of 16 tie. The eight unseeded clubs are drawn against the seeded clubs, as illustrated in Annex B.

A draw is conducted to determine which club plays the first leg at home.
The quarter-final, semi-final and final pairings and which club plays which leg of each tie at home are determined according to Annex B.
The UEFA administration may determine alternative conditions for each draw in accordance with the principles set by the UEFA Women’s Football Committee and may adapt the conditions of the draw or directly assign positions to take into account any relevant constraints in light of decisions taken by the UEFA Executive Committee. Any draw in the knockout phase may be partially or fully digital.
