The stadium must be announced by the club via their association online before the start of the competition, by the deadline set by the UEFA administration. If the senior team of the club in question will also be participating in a UEFA club competition, the stadiums announced for the senior and youth competitions must not be the same.
The home club must ensure that the stadium is easily accessible and located within an acceptable distance of an international airport. For matches in the UEFA Champions League path, the home club must ensure that the stadium is located no more than a 45-minute bus drive from the corresponding UEFA Champions League stadium.
The home club must assist the visiting club with the selection of its hotel, which should be within a 30-minute bus drive of the stadium.
If a senior team’s UEFA Champions League matches have to be moved to another city and this is communicated before the draw, the corresponding UEFA Youth League matches in the UEFA Champions League path will be played in the city of the UEFA Youth League home team, unless the clubs and the UEFA administration agree otherwise.
If a senior team’s UEFA Champions League match has to be moved to another city due to unforeseen circumstances and this is communicated after the match dates have been announced in accordance with Paragraph 22.05, the UEFA administration will decide on the venue for the corresponding UEFA Youth League match in the UEFA Champions League path in consultation with the two clubs.
Kick-off times must be announced using the dedicated online tool by the deadline set by the UEFA administration.
The home club decides the kick-off times of non-televised matches, in consultation with the visiting club. UEFA reserves the right to decide on the kick-off times of televised matches after consulting with both clubs involved. UEFA sets the kick-off times for the semi-finals and the final.
