UEFA organises the semi-finals and final and covers all related costs, including the teams' transport on-site.
The travel and accommodation costs of the four teams (with up to 31 persons in each team) are borne by UEFA on the basis of the reimbursement policy communicated by UEFA prior to the semi-finals. The difference between UEFA’s contribution and the actual travel and accommodation costs must be borne by the clubs.
For the semi-finals and final, UEFA owns all rights relating to ticketing.
