Article 69 Exceptional and transitional provisions - Club Licensing

69.01

By exception to Article 68, Paragraph 40.02 enters into force on 1 June 2028.

69.02

By exception to Article 68, Paragraph 41.02 enters into force on 1 June 2028.

69.03

By exception to Paragraph 40.02 for the licence season 2027/28 and 2028/29, the head coach must hold one of the following minimum coaching qualifications, issued by a UEFA member association in accordance with the UEFA Coaching Convention:

1. Valid UEFA A coaching licence;

2. Valid UEFA recognition of competence equivalent to the licence required under (a) above.

69.04

By exception to Paragraph 41.02 for the licence season 2027/28 and 2028/29, the assistant coach of the women's first squad must hold one of the following minimum coaching qualifications, issued by a UEFA member association in accordance with the UEFA Coaching Convention:

1. Valid UEFA B coaching licence;

2. Valid UEFA recognition of competence equivalent to the licence required under (a) above.
