Article 38 Media officer - Club Licensing

38.01

The licence applicant must have appointed a qualified media officer who is responsible for media matters.

38.02

The media officer must hold as a minimum one of the following qualifications:

1. Diploma in journalism;

2. Media officer diploma issued by the licensor or an organisation recognised by the licensor;

3. Recognition of competence issued by the licensor, based on practical experience of at least three years in such matters.
